Are you ready for your 2021-22 golf season at Tatum Ranch? We are here to help you make it your best golf year ever! For the next 9 months, our TPI certified golf fitness coach, Mindi Boysen will take you through our Tatum Ranch FRONT NINE holes of golf fitness complimentary to YOU!

Each month we will focus on 10 exercises that you can do at home without equipment to better your golf game. One Monday a month at 6pm will be dedicated to giving you the tools to improve your body and swing. Here we go!

Welcome to Hole #1: JOINT PREPARATION

In 30 minutes you will develop and prepare better joint health for your swing. We will work from the neck to the feet progressively in 10 exercises. Pick out the ones where you need more practice! Receive a list of the top 10 drills to either stabilize or mobilize each joint of your body.
