Health and wellness workshop that the Fitness Supervisor will host, would love to answer any questions you may have

How fitness relates to golf and why it is so crucial to implement fitness into your routine in order to see improvements in your golf game and most importantly, keep your risk of injury as low as possible

Tips on some good pre-golf stretches that can be done at home or even on the course before you tee off, and two bodyweight exercises that you should do every day, and it only takes 2 minutes of your time!
